Bio

Mrs. Smeltzer is a first grade teacher at Windsor Manor Elementary. She has been with the Red Lion Area School District since 1990. Mrs. Smeltzer has taught fifth grade, fourth grade, second grade, half day and full day kindergarten in addition to her current placement in first grade.

 

Mrs. Smeltzer is a York County native, graduating from Spring Grove Area School District. She earned her Bachelor's Degree from Millersville University in 1990 and Master's Degree in 1995. In her quest to be a lifelong learner, she earned her Administrative Certification and Supervisor of Curriculum and Instruction from McDaniel University.
