Bio

Mrs. Howie is a first grade teacher at Windsor Manor Elementary.  She previously taught kindergarten, Pre-K and second grade with the Harford County Public Schools in Maryland. This is her fourth year with RLASD.  

 

Originally from Maryland, Mrs. Howie graduated from Elizabethtown College in 1993 with a B.S. degree in Early Childhood and Elementary Education.  In 2014, she earned her M.Ed.in Curriculum & Instruction: Children's Literature from Penn State University.  In 2018, Mrs. Howie earned her certification in E.S.L.
