Mr. Conover is the Intervention Specialist at Red Lion Junior High School and Windsor-Manor Elementary. He has been with Red Lion School District since 2003. He started his teaching career at Red Lion Junior High where he was a learning support teacher for 7th and 8th grade. After 11 years of teaching at the Junior High, he moved to Pleasant View Elementary and continued teaching learning support for two more years to students in 5th and 6th grade. He returned to the Junior High for one additional year until he transferred into his current role as Intervention Specialist where he has been since the 2017-2018 school year. He is at WM on odd-numbered cycle days.
Mr. Conover grew up in Adams County, graduating from Gettysburg Area School District in 1999. He received his Bachelor's degree in Elementary and Special Education from Juniata College in 2003; his Master's degree in Educational Development and Strategies from Wilkes University in 2007; and his Supervisory of Special Education certificate from Millersville University in 2016.
Mr. Conover is married and has two sons who attend 5th and 7th grades in Eastern School District.
